Maker Culture and the Indigenous Peoples of Bolivia

The democratic election of Evo Morales and the MAS Party in Bolivia in 2005 is a wonderful example of maker culture in politics. The poorest people in the country are now using consensual decision making to take their government, and their countries resources back into their own hands. We'll be looking at this example of maker culture in politics in an episode of the MakerCulture Project. This video from mxq on You Tube gives a great overview of the situation there now.
